The principal of FINCOS became a member of the International Association of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2001 and over the years has become well versed in and is an advocate for proper Succession planning, and all related matters from Wills & Trust drafting to Probates and Vesting.
FINCOS will assist in the incorporation and licensing of International Business Companies, Banks, Mutual Funds and Insurance Companies. FINCOS undertakes all services requisite for the formation of International Business Companies or their migration in or out of the Jurisdiction and oversees their annual renewals and continuing compliance with the Jurisdiction’s legislation. FINCOS provides for the administration of International Business Companies including serving as Registered Agents, providing the registered office, and supplying corporate directors and secretaries through affiliates.
Once you become a client of FINCOS you will be kept abreast of all statutory requirements and changes to the laws as they affect your corporate entities within our portfolio.
Some entities, such as Banks, Mutual Funds and Insurance companies, are fully regulated and require a licence to operate. Our team at FINCOS will guide you and provide assistance with matters such as Business Plan review and the collection and collation of documentation required for the application process, standing as liaison between an applicant and the regulators throughout.
